What age can attend Kids Crew?

Children aged 4-11years can attend the club however children under 5 and not yet at school can only attend for a 4 hour session each day.

What are your opening times ?

We are open from 8.40- 4.30. We strictly close at 4.30 therefore please ensure you collect your child promptly. If you are running late please ensure you contact the club leader.

A late charge will apply after 4.30pm (£2.50 per 15 mins)

If you require someone else to collect your child and they are not named on the registration form we will require a password to be set up

How much / how is payment made?

A full day 8.40-4.30 is £25, a 4 hour session is £20. we offer a 10% discount on sibling fees.
To book your child’s space we require a £20 non refundable deposit, this will be deducted from your balance. Remaining payment should be made via bank transfer on your child’s first day. We will send you an invoice in advance before the first day.
We can accept cash payments but this must be paid on the first day in full and agreed with the Club manager. Kids Crew reserves the right to cancel your place if payment is not received.

Please note We are currently awaiting Ofsted registration as an approved provider to be able to accept tax free childcare payments

My child has additional needs, can they still attend?

Yes, Kids Crew is an inclusive club and we will not refuse anyone based on additional needs. The club leader and assistants have experience of supporting children with additional needs.

It is important we are made aware of this before your child attends To ensure we can support them to access our facilities.

My child is nervous about starting new places can I (parent) stay with them?

We offer a free trial for a couple of hours prior to attending and one parent can stay. This is a great opportunity to see our setting and meet the staff.

What should my child bring?

Please bring a packed lunch, drink bottle, snack and a change of clothes (as we do get messy!)

Depending on the weather suitable outdoor wear / suncream in hot weather.
Please ensure your child wears clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and suitable footwear for outdoor games.
Please label all items and refrain from bringing in toys/ items from home as Kids Crew cannot be held responsible for lost items.

What time is the 4 hour session?

Our 4 hour session is flexible drop off between our opening hours of 9-4.30 And collection 4 hours later. Please let us know what time to expect you so that your child does not miss out on taught activities.
